Do Creatures Start at Level Zero or One in MTG?
In MTG, creatures don't really have 'levels' like in some RPGs. Instead, they come into play with the power/toughness stats printed on their cards. So, no level 0 or level 1, just the stats they were born with!

Actually, there's no concept of levels for creatures in Magic The Gathering. They just have their power and toughness as is. Think of them as coming into the battle fully prepared, no leveling up required.
No levels in MTG, folks. Creatures come into play ready to rumble with their given power and toughness - think of it as them being on their 'A' game from the get-go.
They don't start at 'level' anything. MTG creatures have power and toughness. Levels aren't a thing for them.
