Disease cures in Fallout 76 are just for diseases, mate. They don't do anything to mutations. If you've got a mutation you don't want, RadAway's your best bet. But be careful, it can remove mutations you DO want unless you've got the right perks.

Nah, mutations aren't affected by disease cures. They only handle things like Swamp Itch or the Woopsies. If you're looking to play around with mutations, look into perks that help manage them and remember, RadAway can remove mutations, but it's random which one goes.

Nope, disease cures won't touch your mutations. Mutations are a whole different beast. If you're looking to get rid of a mutation, you're gonna need something called RadAway, and even then, it's a bit of a gamble unless you've got the Starched Genes perk to lock those bad boys in (or out) as you like.
