Nope, it's all in your head. The speed feels different cuz you're not coordinating with anyone, but the game mechanics keep the drop speed the same whether you're solo or with a squad. Just focus on where you wanna land!

Yes, you do fall faster when solo dropping! When you're not tethered to your squad, you can dive straight down faster because you're controlling your own descent. This lets you reach the ground quicker than if you were with your squad, which is super useful for snagging that sweet loot first.

Definitely fall faster solo. Tried and tested! Every time I break off from the jumpmaster, I land way before them and grab the best weapons. Solo dropping is the way to go if you trust your parachuting skills.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
