It seems like there might be a glitch or issue on the server side. Check if there are any updates for Smite or reach out to their support team!

They should still be working. Ensure you've redeemed the skins correctly and that your account is properly linked.

Honestly, those skins are hit or miss. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Just Smite things.
