Yeah, you cast your commander. It's like the whole point of Commander format. Keep track of the commander tax though, or it'll cost a fortune to play them if they keep getting knocked out.

Absolutely, you can cast your commander in Magic The Gathering! Your commander starts the game in a special zone called the command zone. You can cast it from there any time you could normally cast a creature, paying its mana cost plus an additional two mana for each previous time it's been cast from the command zone this game. It's a key part of the game, especially in the Commander format where your commander's identity shapes your entire deck!

Nope, I rarely ever cast my commander. Too risky; prefer to keep them safe and surprise my opponents with other tactics. But that's just me.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
