Nope, you can't earn V-Bucks in Arena mode. You have to buy them or get them through the Battle Pass.

Arena mode focuses on competitive play and skill ranking. V-Bucks are, unfortunately, not part of the rewards.

Arena mode is all about climbing the ranks, not collecting V-Bucks. You’ll need to visit the store or Battle Pass for those.
