Nope, you don't! You can create multiple PSN accounts with different usernames all under the same email address. Just make sure you remember which username goes with which region or setup you want.

Yes, if you want to keep things separate, like for different regions or family members, it's better to use different emails for each PSN account.

I have 3 PSN accounts all under the same email. It's handy to manage everything from one inbox, but to each their own!
