Nah, you don’t need PlayStation Plus for the single-player campaign. But if you're into multiplayer, you'll need it.

Win official PlayStation gift cards by playing games on Playbite!

You only need PS Plus for the online multiplayer part. If you're just playing single-player modes or local co-op, you're good without it!

Yes, you'll need PlayStation Plus for online multiplayer modes in Call of Duty. No PS Plus, no online action!

I can confirm, from personal experience, that you must have PS Plus to join multiplayer matches. Been there, done that, bought the subscription.

Hot take: You don’t need PS Plus for Call of Duty if you're only interested in local play or campaigns. Multiplayer? Different story.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions.
