The M4 does slightly more damage per bullet than the SCAR, but the real difference is in versatility and attachments.

Both guns are pretty similar in damage. It's all about which one you can control better and your preferred attachments.

As someone who's logged way too many hours on PUBG Mobile, I'd say the M4 edges out the SCAR because of its better range and accuracy when fully kitted.
