Using a VPN can sometimes improve your connection stability and might even help reduce ping if you're connecting to a server that's closer to the VPN's server than your actual location. That said, it's not a guaranteed fix for all connection issues, and it might actually increase your ping if the VPN server is far away from the game server you're playing on.

I played Apex Legends both with and without a VPN, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. In some cases, my ping was better because I bypassed congested internet routes. But other times, it felt a bit sluggish. So, it really depends on your internet and which VPN server you're using.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
