Nope, the Armorsmith perk doesn't affect Power Armor in Fallout 76. It's all about crafting and improving non-power armor. For Power Armor, you'll wanna look into the Power Smith perk which lets you craft and mod Power Armor at reduced cost!

As someone who practically lives in their Power Armor in Fallout 76, can confirm that Armorsmith perk doesn't do squat for Power Armor. It's all Power Smith if you wanna soup up your walking tank.

Armorsmith perk? For your regular clothes, sure. Power Armor? Nuh-uh, you need Power Smith for that heavy duty stuff.
