Absolutely, but don't expect it to be the main focus. The show is more about giant Titans smashing things, not lovey-dovey moments.
From my experience watching, there's definitely a hint of romance, especially with characters like Eren and Mikasa. It's more of a subplot though.
Romance? Who needs it when you've got giant monsters and epic battles? Just saying!
