Nah, battling doesn’t equal discarding. If you're fighting with creatures, that’s just the combat part of the game. Discarding is when you gotta get rid of a card from your hand because of a spell, effect, or because you have too many cards in hand at the end of your turn.

Nope, battling and discarding are two different things in Magic The Gathering. When you battle, you're using creatures to attack your opponent or defend against their attacks. Discarding, on the other hand, specifically means you're removing a card from your hand and putting it into your graveyard. Totally different mechanics!

Definitely not. In MTG, discarding refers to when a card is moved from a player's hand to their graveyard. Battling involves creatures attacking and blocking, and does not automatically cause cards to be discarded.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
