Crunchyroll has a ton of anime, but not *all* anime. It's like going to an all-you-can-eat sushi bar; you'll get most of what you want, but some rare cuts might be missing!
Short answer: No. Long answer: Still no, but they've got enough to make you happy for years.
As someone who's binged way too much anime, I can tell you Crunchyroll has a large library but misses a few titles.
