Nah, 'each' in Magic The Gathering doesn鈥檛 specifically target. When you see 'each' on a card, it's hitting everything it mentions, no exceptions, no targeting necessary. It鈥檚 basically the card's way of saying 'I don鈥檛 discriminate; everybody gets some!' Perfect for when you wanna affect all creatures, players, or whatever the card specifies, without having to pick and choose.
From my experience, whenever 'each' comes up during games, it means my entire board is about to get hit. No targeting, just all-encompassing chaos. So, yeah, definitely doesn鈥檛 target.
