Gotta say, you DO need internet. How else you gonna download it or get those updates? Just saying.
Nope, Fallout Shelter doesn't require an internet connection to play. You can manage your vault just fine offline. However, if you wanna snag some of those neat updates or buy extra Lunchboxes, you'll need to connect to the internet. So, build your vault and keep those dwellers happy with or without the web!
