Nah, GTA Online doesn't support crossplay. So, if you're on Xbox and your buddy's on PlayStation, you're gonna have to pick sides. Maybe use this as an excuse to have two consoles?

Just to add a bit of insight here - GTA Online doesn't have crossplay because it would be a huge technical challenge to sync up the different gaming platforms. So, it's not just Rockstar being lazy or anything.
