Nope, hitting a player with 10 Wither damage won't outright kill them in Magic The Gathering. Wither deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters, but when it comes to players, it's just regular damage. So, unless they're at 10 life or less, they'll live to fight another turn!

Actually, Wither doesn't work like that on players. Wither only affects creatures by putting -1/-1 counters on them. For players, it's just damage, so no instant KO!

Nah, Wither won't insta-kill players. It's all about chipping away at those creature defenses, not the players' life totals. Keep those spells coming!

10 Wither damage? Overkill for creatures, but for players, it's just a scratch (unless they're already teetering on the edge).

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
