Actually, not all items get destroyed by lava in Terraria. Some can survive! But yeah, for the most part, tossing your gear into lava is a quick way to lose it.

Yep, lava in Terraria will definitely burn up any items you drop into it. So, if you're not looking to make a donation to the volcano gods, I'd keep your valuables far away from any magma!

Lava = bye-bye items. Keep your cool stuff cool, and away from the hot stuff.

I once dropped my best sword into lava thinking it might clean it or something. Spoiler: It doesn't. It just goes poof. So yeah, lava destroys items. Sad times.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
