Nope, it doesn't save every minute like your social media feed refreshes. Lethal Company saves at particular points which adds to the thrill, IMO. Makes every move count a bit more.

Sure does! Lethal Company autosaves at certain points, so you don't need to worry about losing progress if you suddenly have to bolt because of a real-life horror, like your pizza arriving.
