100% yes! I’ve used my old Skylanders on both systems without any problems. Just switch out the game disc!

Nope, not directly. You'll need the PS4 version of the Skylanders game to make it work.

Technically, you can use them, but you need the PS4 game disc. Figures and portals are all good to go though!
