Yes and no. Most games? Absolutely. ALL games? There's a few that just don't play nice with the Steam Deck's setup out of the box. But, speaking from experience, the list of games you can't play is way shorter than the list of those you can.
Pretty much, but not exactly 'all'. Steam Deck runs on a Linux-based system, using Proton to run Windows games. While a huge chunk of the Steam library is perfectly playable, some games might have compatibility issues, especially those with heavy DRM or anti-cheat software. Valve's working hard to increase compatibility, though!
