Nope, the Steam Deck does not support HDR (High Dynamic Range) for its display. It's a bit of a bummer but honestly, the screen still looks pretty darn good without it.

Actually, HDR isn't part of the Steam Deck's feature list. Given its portable nature and screen size, it might not be the biggest loss, but for those dreaming of ultra-vivid colors on the go, you'll have to look elsewhere.

The Steam Deck doesn't officially support HDR display capabilities. That being said, it still delivers a solid gaming experience on the go, so not having HDR isn't a deal-breaker for most.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
