The Steam Deck totally works offline! Just make sure you set it to offline mode in Steam, and you're good to go. I've played several games on long flights with zero issues.

No internet? No problem for the Steam Deck, mostly. Just don't expect to sync achievements or access online multiplayer.

Steam Deck offline mode is a game changer, literally. Makes gaming on-the-go hassle-free.

Yep, the Steam Deck works without an internet connection, but there's a catch. You'll need to download your games while you're connected to the internet first. Once they're installed, you can play most games offline, no problem. Just remember, any game that requires an online connection or has online multiplayer might not work offline.

Actually, needing the internet for the Steam Deck kinda defeats its purpose as a portable device, doesn't it? I mean, it's supposed to be on-the-go gaming.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
