Nope! The Elsweyr upgrade does not include Summerset. You'll have to buy Summerset separately if you want to explore those sunny, High Elf lands!

Elsweyr includes a lot of amazing content, but Summerset? That's an entirely different adventure you'll need to get separately.

Unfortunately, Elsweyr and Summerset are separate expansions. You'll need to purchase Summerset on its own.

I upgraded to Elsweyr a while back, and I can confirm - Summerset was not included. Totally worth getting both though!
