Nope, Summerset and Morrowind are separate chapters for ESO. You gotta buy Morrowind separately if you want to explore Vvardenfell!

Summerset doesn't include Morrowind. They are different chapters and must be purchased separately.

Played both - bought Summerset but had to spring for Morrowind as well. Worth it for the mushroom trees though!
