It improves after the first few arcs. Stick with it, especially once it hits the Royal Knights Selection Exam arc!

Nah, the pacing never really improves. If you didn't like it at the start, it might not be for you.

I found the pacing got way better after the first 20 episodes. As someone who almost dropped it early on, I'm glad I stuck with it!

Yes, the pacing in Black Clover definitely gets better! Once you get past the initial episodes, the story picks up and the action becomes non-stop.

If you're a Black Clover fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
