Nope, Fortnite is still king. Apex is cool and all but doesn't have the same reach or cultural impact.
As someone who's played both, I gotta say Apex Legends has a much more satisfying gameplay loop. It feels like every match is different because of the Legends' abilities. Plus, the teamwork aspect is more pronounced. So, for me and my squad, Apex has definitely beaten Fortnite in terms of fun and strategic depth.
