Unfortunately, no. Not all episodes of Naruto Shippuden have been dubbed. You'll find some episodes available in English on platforms like Hulu, but the entirety of the series hasn't received the full dub treatment.
Actually, most of Naruto Shippuden has been dubbed in English, but the last few seasons are still sub-only. It's kind of a mixed bag!
I watched the entire series with my friends, and while a lot of it is dubbed, you will have to switch to subs for the final arc.
