How are Pokemon cards made?
ResolvingGame路7 months agoPokemon cards start their life as digital designs, created by a team of artists and game designers. After the design is finalized, it goes through a rigorous approval process to ensure it fits within the Pokemon universe. The approved design then gets printed on high-quality card stock. The cards are cut to size, inspected for quality, and then packaged into booster packs or boxes. Each step of the process is closely monitored to maintain the high standards of the Pokemon brand.

Short version: Design, print, cut, inspect, package. Long version doesn't exist; Pokemon keeps it simple and quality high!
I've seen some behind-the-scenes stuff, and it's like any other printing job but with extra steps for quality checks. Plus, the artwork has to be top-notch and true to the Pokemon style, so there's a lot of back and forth before the final print.
