Pokemon card values are kinda like a mix of popularity, rarity, and condition. The rarer a card is, the more people wanna get their hands on it, which can drive up the price. But, if a card is super popular, like those featuring Charizard, they can be worth a lot even if they're not that rare. And condition, oh boy, condition is key! A mint condition card can fetch way more money than one that's been through the wringer.
