Honestly, battling friends is the best part of MTG Arena. Just gotta use the Direct Challenge option. But, gotta say, nothing beats the feeling of playing face-to-face, just like the old days.

Get Magic The Gathering cards by playing games on Playbite!

Battling your friends on MTG Arena is super simple and super fun! First, both you and your friend need to download MTG Arena and create your accounts. Once you're set up, click on the 'Direct Challenge' option from the home screen. You'll swap your unique usernames, enter them in, and bam鈥攜ou're ready to throw down in the magical arena against each other. Just make sure your deck is ready to crush them!

Just send them a challenge via the 'Direct Challenge' mode. You need their user ID, which should look something like GamerTag#12345.

Direct Challenge mode, folks. That鈥檚 the magic portal to facing your pals. Just make sure your internet doesn't bail on you mid-battle!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
