You can't actually 'convert' RP points; you use them directly for researching new vehicles or modifications.

Just head to the tech tree, pick the vehicle or module you want to research, and spend your RP. That’s it!

To convert RP (Research Points) in War Thunder, go to the 'Research' tab, select the vehicle you want to unlock, and spend your RP on it. Easy peasy!
