I usually just ask the person for their Skype username or email. Then, I search for it directly in the app. Works every time!
If you know their email or Skype username, just pop it into the 'Search Skype' bar – simple as that!
Go to the Contacts tab, click on 'Add Contact,' and enter their email, phone number, or Skype ID. Easy peasy!
