First thing to try is replacing the batteries or charging the controller. If that doesn't work, reconnect it to the console by pressing the sync button on both the controller and the console. Good luck!

You might have to update the controller's firmware through your Xbox 360 if it鈥檚 not responding properly. Give it a go!

Check for any physical damage like broken buttons or sticks. Sometimes a simple cleaning with isopropyl alcohol can also fix issues. I once fixed mine by just opening it up and re-seating a loose wire!
