First, get two sims to be partners by having them do romantic interactions until you see the ‘Partner’ status. Then, keep doing romantic actions until the ‘Propose Marriage’ option pops up. Pop the question, and if all goes well, boom, they're engaged! After that, buy a wedding set from the Home Store and throw a wedding party. Congrats, you're now a Sims wedding planner!
