Easy peasy! Go to your photo, click the three dots on the top right, select 'Edit audience,' and choose 'Only me.'
Trust me, just make your albums private. It's quicker and cleaner.
If you're tagged in a photo, you can remove the tag. Click the photo, press 'Options,' and then 'Remove Tag.'
