Switch to 'View As' from your profile and tweak privacy settings directly. Privacy settings > Who can see your stuff > Limit past posts. Done and dusted!
Just change the privacy settings on all your old posts to 'Only Me.' Note: this can be tedious if you've uploaded a ton of photos.
Head to your profile, find 'Manage Posts', then 'Photos', and change the audience to 'Only Me'. It'll take a bit of time, but definitely works! (Been there, done that!)
Super easy! Go to your Profile, click on Photos, then Albums. Click on the little privacy icon on each album and set it to 'Only Me' or 'Friends' if you want to restrict access. Repeat for each album, and voila!
