I did it last week! Go to the photo, click the audience selector, and switch it to 'Only Me'. It’s simple!
Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, click on your current profile picture, and you’ll see an option to ‘Edit Privacy’. From there, set it to ‘Only Me’.
