First, go to your Facebook page's reviews section. Find the review you want to remove, click the three dots on the top-right corner, and select 'Delete.'
I successfully removed a review by changing my page settings to not show reviews. Just go to 'Settings,' then 'Templates and Tabs,' and turn off the 'Reviews' tab.
