I reset mine last week. Just go to Settings, Initialization, then hit Initialize PS4. Pick full initialization to wipe everything.

You can reset your PS4 through the safe mode menu too. For that, turn off the PS4, hold the power button until you hear a second beep, then choose 'Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)'.
