Honestly, just change your password and update security settings. Resets everything you need.
If you can't log in, you can reset your account by selecting 'Forgot your password?' on the sign-in page. It's a lifesaver!
Easiest way? Just go to the PlayStation website, sign in, and then navigate to 'Account Settings'. From there, you can find the 'Security' tab and opt to reset your password. Easy-peasy!
