Just link your bank account and transfer funds from PayPal to your bank and back again.
Why though? Just keep it in your primary account!
I've done this by linking my credit card to PayPal, sending money to a secondary email, and then withdrawing it back to my bank.
Set up a second PayPal account with a different email. Transfer money between the two like you're sending it to a different person.
