You can use the Facebook Creator Studio. Just go to the Creator Studio, connect your Instagram account, and you'll be able to share posts across platforms from there.
I wouldn't bother. Just screenshot it and post it on Instagram. Done and dusted.
Tbh, it's faster to just download the pic from Facebook and upload it to Instagram manually. No fussing with settings!
