How can some people not sense Ki in Dragon Ball?

Not everyone has the training or innate ability to sense Ki. It's like trying to smell a pizza in a vacuum-sealed container鈥攋ust can't do it without the right skills!
It takes intense training to sense Ki. Some folks just haven't put in the time to hone their senses. Think of it like trying to become a golf pro overnight鈥攁in't happening!
Only experienced fighters and those with special training can sense Ki. It's not an everyday ability!
