How Can You Hide Who You Follow on Instagram?
The simplest way to hide who you follow is to switch your account to private. Go to Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy, and toggle on 'Private Account'.

You can鈥檛 hide your followers from everyone if your account is public, but you can block specific people if you want to hide from them.
Real talk, you can't completely hide your follows from everyone. Just make your account private and tweak your follower list.
I switched to a private account last year and it really helped. Now, only approved followers can see my list! Super easy to do.
