You can share videos on Instagram by tapping the '+' icon at the bottom of the app, selecting 'Video,' recording or choosing a video from your gallery, and then posting it.
Long videos can be shared via IGTV! Just tap the '+' icon, select 'IGTV Video,' and follow the prompts.
To upload a video, just hit the '+' button, select or record your video, and hit 'Share'. Easy peasy!
