Deleting a PSN account is a bit tricky. You have to get in touch with PlayStation Support. Maybe bring a cup of coffee; it might take a while.

To delete your PSN account, you'll need to contact PlayStation Support directly. They don't offer a self-serve deletion option. Just be prepared for some back-and-forth and have your account info handy!
