Honestly, I think he got so powerful because he鈥檚 a character in a parody anime. The training routine is part of the joke!
As someone who's tried mimicking Saitama's workout for a week, I can tell you it鈥檚 no joke! The discipline and consistency he maintained were unreal. Not to mention, he possibly broke some sort of supernatural barrier with his sheer determination.
