Believe it or not, Saitama's insane strength comes from a strict training routine: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run daily. Sounds simple, but it turned him into the ultimate bald hero!
I tried Saitama's training for a month. Did I become a god-like hero? No. But I did get pretty swole!
